Upgrade from Skedulo to the Skedulo Plus mobile app

Overview

The Skedulo Plus mobile app is a new version of the Skedulo v2 mobile app. It has a new look and feel, and new features. The Skedulo Plus mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices.

All customers will eventually be upgraded to the Skedulo Plus mobile app. The upgrade process is managed by Skedulo. You will be notified when your organization has been migrated to Skedulo Plus.

Download and install Skedulo Plus

When your organization has been migrated to Skedulo Plus, you will be prompted to download and install the Skedulo Plus mobile app.

When the v2 mobile app is still enabled

  • Tap Download Skedulo Plus to download the Skedulo Plus app from your app store.

  • Tap Later to continue to use the Skedulo v2 mobile app.

This option is only available to organizations that still have the v2 app enabled. For details on when to disable the v2 mobile app, contact your Customer Service Representative.

When the v2 mobile app is disabled

  • Tap Download Skedulo Plus to download the Skedulo Plus app from your app store.

Choosing this option will automatically log you out of the v2 mobile app, and you will no longer be able to log back into it.
