Overview

The optimization extensions offer tools to enhance scheduling workflows and meet the specific needs of your organization. With these extensions, you can customize data and apply scheduling rules more efficiently through Skedulo’s platform, reducing both time and effort. They are built using Skedulo’s connected functions.

These extensions are integrated into Skedulo’s optimization recipes. Once installed and applied, scheduling teams can easily optimize scheduling processes within the web app.

Available extensions

There are three optimization extensions currently available:

Extension Description
The Flexible Scheduler Provides dynamic job time constraints that enable schedulers to set specific timeframes for scheduling jobs on any day of the week, down to the hour.
The Routine Keeper Ensures that recurring jobs are scheduled consistently on the designated day each time.
The Date Guardrail Enforces job date constraints by setting specific start and end dates directly on a job. This ensures jobs are scheduled within the specified date range.
