An action step executes a built-in Skedulo operation as part of an automation. Actions cover a wide range of operations: creating and updating records, dispatching jobs, sending notifications, making HTTP requests, and more.

Overview

A Choice step evaluates one or more branches in order and follows the first one whose condition is true. Each branch can contain its own sequence of steps, allowing you to handle different scenarios within a single automation.

Overview

A Variables step assigns one or more named values using JSONata expressions. Once assigned, variables are available to all subsequent steps in the workflow, referenced directly as $variableName.
